I am a chartered psychologist working in Central and North London (see Locations). I offer individual private counselling, couple’s therapy and facilitate in-patient group sessions at Cygnet Hospital (Harrow-on-the-Hill).
I draw on a range of therapeutic models (see About Therapy) which means sessions are tailored to you as an individual, not the other way round.
An erstwhile broadcaster and writer (see Broadcasting and Media), I originally trained as a musician and have extensive experience on live radio. I embrace a wide range of activities offering me a broad view of the world, enhancing my work as a psychologist.
I am also a Teaching Fellow at the University of Surrey and as well as my professional activities (writing, teaching, research, supervision and clinical) I also embrace music, art, film, food and life!
However, my main passion and focus remains with those who may be unable to live their lives in the way they would like and who perhaps hope to change things for the better.
